We ship worldwide from the US
MOST PURCHASES ARE SHIPPED SAME DAY IF RECEIVED BY 3PM.
- JEMIMA JACKMAN ships from New York with USPS postal service, all shipping cost are actual cost given by USPS. There is no charge for packaging and handling.
- MOST PURCHASES ARE SHIPPED SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY, delivery confirmation code will be emailed when item/s are shipped. All items under “Free Shipping” will be mailed via USPS Priority mail.
Delivery Times
- US – 3 – 4 business days
- EVERYWHERE ELSE – 6 -14 business days
- Once shipped, most orders arrive within times given above. However, some orders shipped overseas may take up to one month to arrive due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. customs, holidays, adverse weather conditions, etc.) In the rare cases when that happens, thank you for being patient with delivery.
- Orders sent priority registered mail require signature upon delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived within the delivery time given above, delivery may have been attempted without notice. After that time has passed you can contact me for a tracking number, which you can present to your local post office to track your package.

Emails Related To Orders
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been received. In addition, an email will be sent when your order has shipped and will include the USPS tracking number for your package.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase–you may return it for a full refund less shipping charges. Item must be stored in a SMOKE and PET-FREE environment and returned in NEW UNUSED CONDITION within 7 days of receipt, to qualify for refund.
