Take a look at Spring, Autumn and Fall 2012 and you’ll see fashion derived from the 1930′s, 1960′s and the 1970′s. These three decades allowed the revival of styles of headscarves based on the romance of periods of 20th century fashion to become iconic. While not all of the fashion revived from each decade are compatible, the headscarf certainly is. And so 2012 provides the perfect opportunity for the headscarf to become fashionable again.

You didn’t need a cosmetic license to play with make-up as celebrity make-up artist Joanna Schlip and Kevin Aucoin made their appearances through the event.

Seen here on the left is Danielle Gray from Style and Beauty Doctor, wearing our reversible headband and our most sold out silk head scarf for the event worn by a MUA.

The 35-year-old actress talked candidly to the magazine about the actress who was fearless, strong in head and heart…..not just in the exterior and I supposed I am, ‘Kate continued….comparing herself to the legend who inspired her.

Kate certainly managed to capture that softness in the pictorial, which was elegantly styled by former French Vogue Editor in Chief Carine Roitfeld.

She wore her veil off her face with a jewelled headpiece, hair and make-up was flawless. Her hubby looked equally dapper, dressed in a tan colour tuxedo with shades of a tiffany blue tie, accentuated with a pink flower, both looked gorgeous and happy with smiles as they tied the knot.
